to find a particular wine, which, however, cannot be
located in the
printed price list?
Ans: The wine could have sold out. However, if you would
send us a mail or give us a call, we can always source
the wine either through professional international channels
or through reputable local sources.
Q2: How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Ans: We deliver every work day. If you place your
order before 5:00 p.m. on a workday, youwill always
get your delivery the next work day.
Q3: I worry about your wines quality and storge
?
Ans: All out wines are kept in good condition by
storage in our temperature-controlled warehouses.
We can arrange to refund when the wines you ordered
do not meet with expectation. Older bottles may well
have ullage and will be priced accordingly.
