The Cardholder shall not transfer the Card to any person or allow any person to use the Card or pledge the Card as security for whatever purposes. |

This Card will not be replaced if lost. |

This Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional and special offers. |

CONCORD WINES reserves the right of final decision on any disputes. |

CONCORD WINES reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice. |
