Harvest: Hand picked during first weeks of March.

Tasting Notes:

Color - An intense yellow color.

Aroma - Fruity with a balanced variety of complex aromas, especially to tropical fruits, smokey and with notes of vanilla.

Palate - Powerful with strong overtones of wood, full and round, persistent and with a long finish.

Aged: In stainless steel tanks.

Best served with: Cold appetizers, vegetables, salads, fish, chicken, peanuts, salted crackers, almonds, Ricotta cheese. ( Cold 14C)
