Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:

Made from pure Chardonnay and the best cuvees from the previous vintages, this champagne has very fine bubbles and a prolific mousse. It is fresh, fruity, structured, with nice acidity, and really needs some time to open up. The nose recalls the mouthwatering fresh cream cakes, and gives mature fruit with a touch of mineral. Very elegant indeed.
