Tasting Notes:

Colour - Straw yellow in colour.

Aroma - Fruity and ragrant on first nose; butter and cheese filled the air with the second.

Palate -Its slight flintiness, which is not too mineral though, as well as its bodiness, make it peculiar from most of the other Chablis. Full favoured. Long palate. With firm and nice acidity.

Cellaring: Domaine d'Elise could age well for some bigger vintages, given the style, firm acidity and huge amount of fruit.
