The 5 different vintages are kept in traditional chalk cellars built curing the 18th century for a minimun of 3 years.

The Champagnes are regularly listed in professional guides and magazines: Guide Hachette Des Vins, The Wine Letter; La Revue du Vin de France... They have been recognised by the world's most famous sommelier of 1998 and 1999. Renowned resturants include our champagnes on their winelist. They are also sold in speciality shops and exported to foreign countries including Japan, Germany, Belgium, Italy, and Singapore.
