Harvest :Hand picked in
bins of 300 kg
Wine-Making : Slight
crushing. Cold maceration for 48 hours, with acidity correction.
Fermented with selected yeasts. Extended macceration. Daily pumping-
over and two movemnets. Finalized the maceration a percentage is
placed in French oak casks. Aging for 12 months, until the moment
of its blend and bottling.
Tasting Notes: A
deeply coloured red with nice concentration of berry fruit. Complex
flavours of wild fruits and pepper with a touch of vanilla characters
from maturation in french oak barrels. Excellent balance between
the wine and the oak. Soft but persistent tannins.
