Champagne Tasting and Piano Music with Ernest So
Concord Institute of Wine is proud to invite international concert pianist Ernest So to host a champagne tasting this December 17. Besides jetting around the globe for concerts, Mr. So is also well-known for his exquisite taste and knowledge in champagne. This Saturday from 4pm to 6pm, Mr. So will share with us a presentation on champagne production, history, tasting of 4 different champagnes (see below), and accompanied by a piano performance! This is an event both music lovers and wine connoisseurs cannot afford to miss!
